Steve Lemberger and Mark Madalena each scored two runs and Gary Tognetti capped the Electrician scoring with a two-run single. Eddie Castaneda went 4-for-4 and Joaquin Chacon muscled a two-run home run for No Soup 4 You.
Danny Granados went 3-for-3 and scored three runs to pace the Players to a 17-2 victory over Yerena Trucking. Frank Duran provided a triple, two doubles and a single for the Players. Roy Escudero added three singles. Julio Zavala hit a two-run triple for Yerena Trucking.
VFW Bingo and SVCC Sons of Thunder played to a nine-inning 9-9 tie. Mike Catangay’s grand slam in the bottom of the seventh inning with two out forced the extra frames. Jeff Castro lined a triple and two singles for VFW Bingo. Mario Flores went 3-for-5 and scored three SVCC Suns of Thunder runs.
Maureen Duggan poked two doubles and a single to lead the Icy Hots by the Big Kahunas 18-10 Sunday in the Co-Rec Fall C League opener at Las Animas.
Duggan and scored three runs and Rich Adams went 4-for-4 for the Icy Hots. Anna Patedjl tripled and singled for the Big Kahunas.
Rodney Clore bagged a triple and three singles to help the Ball Slappers past ifly 14-3.
Dustin Hyer netted three hits and two RBI for the Slappers. Kevin Roak hit a two-run single and Travis Graham added a run-scoring hit for ifly.
