Passed away Monday, July 14, 2008 at St. Louise Hospital in Gilroy. Loving wife of Chris Sosa of Gilroy. Loving mother of Anthony Sosa (Nancy) of Texas, Kenneth Sosa (Doris) of Gilroy and Russell Sosa of Gilroy. Dear grandmother of Jeff (Nancy), Stephanie, Chris & Stephen Sosa. Adoring great-grandmother of Matthew, Michelle, Michael & Mark Sosa. Loving sister of Arlene Lujan, Irene Perez, Sylvia Guajardo, Geri Guerriero, Henry Diaz, Edwin Diaz, Bobby Diaz, Alfred Diaz and the late Ella Peralta, Eloise “Cookie” Molina, Benny Diaz and Leonard Diaz. Also preceded in death by her sister-in-law Betty Pappani. Also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Oldest of 13 children, moved to Gilroy as a child. She worked for 42 years at Filice & Perelli Cannery (Cal-Can) and was a big Elvis Presley & Donald “Elvis” Prieto fan.
Her social life centered around her family and friends.

Vigil Thursday, July 17, 2008 – 7:00 P.M. at St. Mary’s Church. Mass Friday, July 18, 2008 – 10:00 A.M. at the church. Entombment will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park.
