“I noticed there are ones that haven’t been refilled in a while,” said the distribution manager for Auto Shopper, which also has a new box in front of CVS. “I’m out 24/7 and I check racks in Gilroy every Friday.”

EJ Rossi, LLC, not R J Dyer Real Property, Inc., is the owner of Suite A on 353 E 10th Street, which was labeled as the Feb. 1 eyesore. Elizabeth Bates, portfolio manager with Colliers International described the building’s new owner, Ed Rossi of EJ Rossi, LLC, as “very proactive.”
Rossi, who has owned the building for 30 days, said he’s installing a lock box and surveillance cameras around the area.
“In 90 days, you won’t recognize that center,” he said.
