The driver in a one-car accident was killed after their car drove off Uvas Road, turned over and caught fire, according to the CHP.
The driver hasn’t yet been identified.
The accident occurred at 11:11 p.m. Monday when a Camry driving northbound veered off the road and into a drainage ditch. It overturned and caught fire with the driver trapped inside.
Rescue workers put out the blaze and found the victim still inside.
The CHP is investigating.
