DEAR EDITOR:

We want to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff of the Skilled Nursing Unit of Saint Louise Regional Hospital.

There are not enough words to say “thank you” for all that they did to make our Mom’s (Jennie Bennetti’s) last days on this earth comfortable and meaningful for her family.

They were wonderful in the respect and dignity that was given to our mother. Each day when we walked into her room and talked to all of the staff, it made it easier to know that while we were not there she had all of the staff to watch over her. All of the staff became a part of our extended family. They always kept us very informed on her condition and what was happening to her. With the help of talking to the nurses and the sisters it was easier to “let her go” to be with God.

They will always be a part of our family and in our prayers as they continue their fine work. Each one has touched our hearts. We know that they will touch many more in their duties of caring for the sick and the dying.

Thank you and God bless you all.

The family of Jennie Benetti – Frank, Karen, Marie, Ed, and all her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Gilroy
