Gavilan: Mountain Lion Alert

A mountain lion was spotted on the Gavilan College campus Tuesday and officials sent out an alert for students to be careful.
The lion was seen near the tennis courts at 4 p.m.  Officials reminded students not to walk alone on trails, especially at dusk and to report any more sightings by dialing 10 from any campus phone or calling 408-710-7490.
