4:04 a.m.: Police arrested a 37-year-old felon with a semi-automatic handgun and $3,710 cash at a Monterey Road motel.

9:54 a.m. Two people were caught trying to steal a caron Camino Arroyo, but fled before police got there.

9 a.m.: Raul Flores, 39, was arrested on Church Street for allegedly exposing himself. He is a paroled sex offender.

8:20 p.m.: A home on Springdale Court was burglarized and about $1,000 of tools, paint and household items were stolen.

4:30 a.m.:A man who went to the Donut Store on Welburn Avenue had his car stolen while he was inside.

8 p.m.: Someone stole $6,000 of lottery tickets from a business on San Ysidro Avenue after they broke a window to get in.

2 p.m.: Two people entered True Religion Jeans at the Outlets and stole 20 pairs of jeans worth $5,060.

8 p.m.: Someone spent $760 on credit cards from a wallet lost by a woman who was shopping downtown.

8 p.m.: A man who was filling his car with gas on Leavesly Road had a $3,000 Macbook and blue tooth speaker stolen from this backseat while he was paying.

10;30 p.m.: A man went into a First Street liquor store and tucked a bottle of tequila into his bands. When the manager confronted him, the man took out the bottle and smashed it.

5:46 a.m.: A man was warming up his car on Fairview Drive when another man came up and stole the car. The suspect was described as skinny, wearing brown pants and a black T-shirt.
7:30 a.m. A silver 1991 Camry was stolen from a Camino Arroyo parking lot.

7:52 a.m.: Two men were cited for drinking and sleeping on the dirt field next to the Shell station on Monterey Road.

8:30 a.m.: Three men were cited for illegally camping under the Wellburn Bridge.

3 p.m: A grey 2008 Nissan Altima was stolen from an Eigleberry Street parking lot.
5 p.m.: A white GMC 350 was stolen from a driveway on El Cerrito Way.

1 a.m.: A man who gave several suspects a ride in his car but didn’t want to take them all the way home, was kidnapped at Murray Avenue and Taft Court and choked with a belt until he drove them further. When he got to the location, the suspects stole his wallet, phone, concert tickets and lottery tickets. When he woke up the next day, his car was also gone.

1:23 p.m.: A suspect sent a victim a Facebook message to someone on Lions Creek Drive in violation of a retraining order.

4:30 a.m.: A man slashed the tires of several vehicles parked on Hopi Lane and Sunrise Drive.

9:24 a.m.: Two juveniles were caught tagging the Kern Avenue Bridge. They were cited and released.

5:47 p.m.: A man was arrested on Old GIlroy Street for driving a bicycle under the influence of alcohol.

3:20 p.m.: Two suspects were seen on video stealing packages from homes on El Toro Way. They stole Sony headphones and a box of printer paper.

3 p.m.: Four suspects showed a gun and robbed a person in their car at Rosanna and Third streets. They made off with $43 cash and a $50 wallet, as well as a social security card.
