I enjoyed Scott Forstner’s in-depth coverage of the Gilroy vs. Carmel basketball game.
It is refreshing to read an article by somebody that really cares about prep sports.
I think that the Monterey Herald sports writers could learn a thing or two from him.
One thing that I’m sure you have already figured out is that Carmel’s mascot is the Padres, not the Pirates. Nonetheless, I look forward to reading more about the Mustangs winter sports in your publication.
