To columnist Tom Elias: I can control who gets my property with a will, why should it be any different with organs? I do think that discrimination should not be allowed if it violates of civil rights.

I recall this story recently run on 60 Minutes and the top state prison official thoroughly embarrassed over the million dollar cost of the of the procedure. It is just another example of how far out of control things are in Sacramento. If California executed death row prisoners, they could pay back their debt to society by donating their organs.
