stand, according to the Gilroy Police Department.
A San Jose man was arrested Saturday in Gilroy after police said he exposed himself to three children who were running a lemonade stand, according to the Gilroy Police Department.

Jose Franco, 39, was arrested near the 400 block of Lewis Street after officers received a report that a man exposed himself to three female juveniles while purchasing lemonade from them, according to a GPD press release.

Police said the man fled the area in his vehicle after exposing himself, and a witness provided officers with a suspect description and partial license plate number.

An officer responding to the area discovered Franco, whose vehicle and appearance matched descriptions by the witness, according to the GPD.

Franco was arrested and booked on suspicion of indecent exposure, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.
