Anne Marie Deleon, 33, of Gilroy, 4 p.m. March 19, on the 5000 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard after using a stolen credit card at the Gavilan book store.

Being under the influence of heroin

Richard Cardenas, 49, of Gilroy, 2:05 p.m. March 17, at the Gilroy Caltrain Station on Monterey Road for being under the influence of heroin and probation violation.

Parole violation

A 53-year-old Laguna Beach man is suspected of using a Morgan Hill business partner’s personal information to open a fraudulent account, to which he charged nearly $10,000, between 12 p.m. June 7, 2008 and 10:55 a.m. March 20.

Found property

A pried-open, abandoned safe and several boxes of personal checks were found at a barn on the 3900 block of East Dunne Avenue in Morgan Hill, 2 p.m. March 19.

Auto burglary

A parking pass was stolen from a possibly unlocked 1991 red Ford sedan at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 1:30 and 5:15 p.m. March 16.
