Bill Baxley was relieved to hear Sunday that his 19-year-old daughter, Nicole Baxley, was seen twice in Gilroy, once at Wal-Mart and once downtown. Nicole’s face spangles telephone poles and storefronts in downtown Gilroy, where Bill Baxley posted dozens of homemade flyers since she disappeared Thursday, after leaving a job training program on Murray Drive.
“By Sunday, you’re thinking your child’s dead,” Bill Baxley said. “We still haven’t heard from her.”
Nicole Baxley has struggled with drug addiction, and was enrolled in a rehabilitation program in Coyote Valley when she went missing.
