James Doyak Anthony, 19, of Omaha, Neb., was arrested on the 7600 block of Rosanna Street at 5:19pm Monday, on suspicion of annoying or molesting a child younger than 18.
Anthony had been soliciting residents in the neighborhood door-to-door, selling cleaning supplies, police said.
He encountered the 15-year-old girl while walking down Rosanna Street and attempted to sell the products to her, and cleaned her shoe, police said. He then asked the girl to perform oral sex on him.
Police arrested Anthony on the 7600 block of Church Street, one block east of where the incident occurred.
If Anthony is charged and convicted of annoying or molesting a child younger than 18, he would be required under Megan’s Law to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
