The former Gilroy Unified School District Board of Education trustee who faces charges for swindling $52,000 from a leading South County nonprofit and using campaign donations for personal expenses appeared in court today, only to delay criminal proceedings to next month. 

Gilroy man found guilty of murder

The Gilroy man who drunkenly plowed his truck into a young family and killed a 4-year-old boy three years ago was found guilty by a jury for second-degree murder this week.

Elderly man found dead inside motorhome

At 7:37 p.m. June 14, Gilroy Police officers and Gilroy Fire personnel were dispatched to the 0-100 block of West Eighth Street regarding a possible dead body that had been located within a motorhome, according to a press release sent early this morning.
