Pastor escorts suspects – Two arrested for molestation
GILROY – Two men have been arrested on suspicion of molesting a 13-year-old Gilroy girl they met through a local church, and are awaiting extradition from Washington State to face charges.
Plea agreement reached in rape case
GILROY – George Alvarez, 22, of Salinas has accepted a plea agreement for the felony counts of rape and oral copulation and robbery, according to the District Attorney's Office.
