MHPD: Juvenile suspect raped 40-year-old victim
An alleged rape of a 40-year-old intoxicated female has landed three juvenile suspects in custody - one charged with rape and all three with burglary and conspiracy - after an incident Saturday night, according to a press release from the Morgan Hill Police Department.
