Officials voice support for state initiative to change

The Dress Planner, which is owned by Rosalina Moreno, Lupe Gonzalez and Shari Capalla, originated in San Jose as a dot com business. The business provides evening gowns, custom gowns for proms, quinceaneras and weddings and tuxedo rentals.
