County moves forward with new winery regulations

Robert Joseph Pardini – May 3, 1920 – August 17, 2012

passed away peacefully at the age of 92.  Bob was a native of San Francisco.  He was preceded in death by five sisters and four brothers.  Bob is survived by his beloved and loving wife, Carla, of nearly 47 years, daughter, Gail, sons, Rodney and Marc, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and close friends and his precious pet, Princess.

Sierra’s suspect scheduled to plea Wednesday

215 drivers arrested on suspicion of DUI in county since Aug. 17

Law enforcement officers throughout Santa Clara County have arrested 215 motorists on suspicion of DUI since Aug. 17, according to the sheriff’s office.
