Robert K, Walter, Sr. peacefully passed away at his Florida home. He was 83 years old. He was predeceased by his beloved wives and the mothers of his seven children and step-children. Ann Landen Walter and Jacqueline Hoey Walter, his parent's Joseph and Agnes Walter of Pittsburgh, PA, his brother William Walter and his wife as well as his grandson Jorge Price, Jr.

Suspect in hit-and-run of Joshie pleads not guilty
Despite admitting guilt to police several weeks ago, the suspect arrested in the hit-and-run that critically injured Joshua “Joshie” Valdez pleaded not guilty to the charge of felony hit-and-run causing injury Friday at South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill.

Sandra Arias admitted to police that she accidentally hit Joshua Valdez with her car near a Morgan Hill intersection last month, and that she drank alcohol before driving that night, according to court records.
