Chad Eric Cleaver
Chad Cleaver went home to be with his Saviour on May 25, 2010. Although born with Down's Syndrome and suffering through many illnesses and surgeries, he managed to find enjoyment in many simple pleasures. He is finally free of this earth's chains. He adored his brothers and sister and will be sorely missed by all his family and friends including parents Gary and Jodie Cleaver, siblings and their families - Jason Cleaver (Sarah, Brayden, and Jaelyn), Jeffrey Cleaver, Rebecca Cleaver (Michael Sanchez), and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Celebration of his life will be held Saturday, May 29, 2010, at 12 noon at Advent Lutheran Church, 16870 Murphy Ave., Morgan Hill.
