Helen Bravo Leininger
Entered into her new life on January 13, 2009 surrounded in her home by her husband of 50 years Jim, her three children Michael, Kelly and Trisha, as well as her grandchildren. Her sister, Lolly, her closest living relativre, was also present and cared for her often during Helen's 41 hospitalizations and 29 surgeries for cancer and the effects of radiation.

Shirley A. Stump
Shirley Stump 82 years old passed away in Henderson, NV. just 7 weeks following the death of her husband of 35 years Eldon Stump, both of natural causes. Shirley grew up in Ventura, raised her family in the San Martin/Morgan Hill area before retiring to the Boulder City/Henderson, NV area in 1993. She was preceeded in death by her youngest son Jimmy Barber and is survived by her oldest son Douglas Barber and grandaughter Nicole Barber of the Henderson/Las Vegas area. Shirley, while living in the Morgan Hill area, was very active in fund raising for various cancer charities and enjoyed many years of volunteering at St. Judes Ranch. She will be missed by many friends and family. Service will be held on Wednesday January 21 at 2:00 P.M. and the Veterans Memorial Park in Boulder City, NV, where she will join Eldon.

Janice Nadine Patterson
Nadine passed away peacefully in Gilroy, CA after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Pamona, KS. She moved to CA in 1957 with the love of her life Arthur E. Patterson, whom she now joins in heaven. Nadine was a devoted member of WIT, PEO, Elks Club, Book Club and Gilroy Presbyterian Church. She loved music, singing and dancing. She is survived by her daughters Rebecca Patterson and Jan Patterson, her grandchildren Janis Ragsdale, Jake Domer and Ruth Doyle, as well as her 10 great-grand children. She is preceded in death by her sisters Wilma and Marilyn, and survived by her loving sisters Irene, Elva and Evelyn. She will be missed by her many friends and family. A celebration of Nadine's life will be held at Gilroy Presbyterian Church at 3:30 P.M. on Sat. Jan. 24th. In lieu flowers please send donations to UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center

Vincent E. Sanchez
Vincent E. Sanchez of Gilroy, CA passed from this earth on Monday, January 12, 2009, at the age of 90 years. Vincent has joined Martha, the love of his life, who preceded him in death in Nov. 2007. Vincent is survived by his sisters, Lupe Sanchez and Carmen Sanchez of Gilroy. Vincent's four children Diana McDonald (son-in-law, Bob) of San Jose, Carole Knapel of Eugene, OR, Gary and Steven of Gilroy will miss their father's good natured spirit and wit. Vincent was also the proud and loving grandfather of eight, great-grandfather of five and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.
