GPD Officer facing DA charges to be arraigned
Gilroy Police Department Officer Noel Lemus, who was allegedly drunk when he barricaded himself in a bedroom and then resisted arrest at a home in Merced County on March 8, is scheduled for arraignment July 10 in the Merced County Courthouse.

Leroy Joseph Duddy died peacefully at his home on Saturday November 21, 2009. He is survived by his wife Maria Dalia Bailon of 54 years, his daughters Adrianne Lee & George Sardonis (San Francisco), Denise Marie & Neill O'Laughlin (Hollister), his two loving grandchildren Morgan Mae and Kellen Patrick O'Laughlin, his sister Beverly Marie(Duddy) & Nello Tonegato (South San Francisco) and his brother-in-law Reynaldo Bailon , many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Mae (Moresco) and Edward Duddy and his nephew and godson Steve Tonegato.
