Patricia passed away on Friday March 21, 2008 in Gilroy, CA. Patricia is survived by her ex-husband Charles L. Hann, son Pete (Georgette) Hann, daughter Kristi (Christopher) Taylor, brother John (Marilyn) Martin, and sister Susan Martin. Grandchildren Tamara Passineau, Christopher (Brandi) Hann, Cheyne Hann and great-granddaughter Cayla Hann.
Patricia was born in Kane County, PA. and came to Santa Clara, CA in 1959. She moved to Morgan Hill, CA in 1972. Patricia was loved by many and always made people laugh. Her no non-sense approach to life and to tell it as it is made her who she was. You will always be in our hearts, we love you.
