Gilroy – Police are seeking Elijah D. Vega, a 24-year-old man,
on suspicion of sexual assault. Detectives were unable to provide a
physical description of Vega, and were not sure whether he was from
Gilroy.
Gilroy – Police are seeking Elijah D. Vega, a 24-year-old man, on suspicion of sexual assault. Detectives were unable to provide a physical description of Vega, and were not sure whether he was from Gilroy.
The assault occurred at a New Year’s party on the 700 block of El Cerrito Way, between 2 and 3am. Vega allegedly assaulted an adult female acquaintance at the party. Police say Vega may be intentionally avoiding them.
Information was not released until Friday, detectives said, because it was not felt to be an urgent matter.
