Unlawful weapon possession
-Alberto Anguiano Colmenero, 21, of Hollister, 11:41 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Monterey and Fourth streets for possession of an unlawful blade and public intoxication.
Trespassing
-Carlos Lopez Colmenares, 20, of the 500 block of East Seventh Street, 1:32 a.m. Saturday, at his residence.
Commercial burglary
-Regina Susie Tellez, 31, of Salinas, 7:53 p.m. Saturday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo, for commercial burglary and on warrants for theft and vandalism.

-Gary Oswaldo Barboa, 42, of Morgan Hill, 9:06 p.m. Friday, at 707 First St.

-Osvaldo Calderon, 26, of the 7000 block of Church Street, 12:44 a.m. Monday, near the intersection of West Seventh and Eigleberry streets.
– Conrado Sanchez, 35, off the 8300 block of Swanston Lane, 6:59 a.m. Monday, near the intersection of Leavesley Road and San Ysidro Avenue on warrants.
Battery
-Ricky Sustaita Guerrero, 43, of the 9400 block of Monterey Road, 11:24 p.m. Saturday, at Lilly Gardens Apartments, 8800 Lilly Ave.
-Eva Mota, 49, of the 7100 block of Church Street, 8:50 a.m. Sunday, on the 600 block of Blossom Glen Court for battery. Mota punched somebody and pulled the victim’s hair.
Attempting to elude police
-Javier Ruiz Torres, 24, of Campbell, 12:42 a.m. Sunday at Tenampa, 7990 Monterey St., on warrants for driving under the influence, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and three counts of leaving the scene of an accident.

-Juan Garcia Lopez, 26, of Morgan Hill, 8:03 a.m. Monday, at 9475 Monterey Road.
Sex with a minor
-Damien Morales Aguilar, 22, of the 500 block of IOOF Avenue, 7:35 a.m. Monday, at his residence.
Grand theft
-Thomas Adam Garza, 19, of the 10800 block of Foothill Avenue, 4:03 p.m. Monday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and Uvas Park Drive.
-Rafael Garza, 22, of the 7300 block of Miller Avenue, 3:39 p.m. Monday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and Uvas Park Drive for grand theft and failure to register as a gang member and on a warrant for probation violation.
Hypodermic needle possession
– Johnny Mungia, 49, of the 1200 block of Welburn Avenue, 9:21 p.m. Monday, at 7327 Chestnut St. for possession of a hypodermic needle and parole violation.
Possession of marijuana
-Moses Fregoso, 23, of the 400 block of Lincoln Court, 2:02 p.m. Saturday, at 393 Tomkins Court.
Petty theft
-A 15-year-old male, whose name and address withheld because he is a juvenile, 4:02 p.m. Saturday, at Kohl’s, 6765 Camino Arroyo.
-Two 14-year-old females whose name and address withheld because they are juveniles, 2:33 p.m. Saturday, at Kohl’s, 6765 Camino Arroyo.
Other GPD incidents
Shooting into an inhabited dwelling
-Suspects in a white vehicle pulled up outside an inhabited house on the 8400 block of Murray Avenue and shot once into the house, 6:49 p.m. Sunday. No one was injured.
Petty theft
-Mail was stolen from a mailbox outside a house on the 9400 block of Eagle View Way, between 11 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday.
-A wallet was stolen from an unlocked 1991 Mazda MPV minivan parked outside 7381 Alexander St., between 5 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday.
Grand theft
-A suspect or suspects stole various rings valued at $400 from Garbo’s Antique Mall, 7517 Monterey St., between 12 p.m. Nov. 28 and 11:30 a.m. Monday.
-A brown clay pot valued at $900 was stolen from inside a gate near the intersection of Mesa Road and Wildflower Court, between 5 p.m. Saturday and 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
-A red and orange electric guitar valued at $1,200 was stolen from the front porch of a house on the 7100 block of Hanna Street, between 10 and 11 a.m. Sunday.
Residential burglary
-Cell phones were stolen from an unlocked residence on the 7400 block of Dowdy Street, between 2:45 and 4:11 p.m. Sunday.
-A plasma TV, an iPod, a video camera, a portable DVD player, a diamond ring, cameras and necklaces valued at about $7,000 was stolen from a house on the 800 block of Greystone Court between 10 a.m. and 12:35 p.m. Thursday. The suspect or suspects entered the house through an unlocked window.
