Drug paraphernalia possession

– Melissa Raquel Martinez, 24, of Hollister, 7:14 p.m., Friday, near the intersection of Church Street and Southgate Court for possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Battery

– Angelica Aguilar Martinez, 39, of the 400 block of Vickery Drive, 5 p.m., Sunday, at her residence for battery and on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.

Driving under the influence

– Anthony Aguilar, 24, of the 8500 block of Church Street, 1:42 a.m., Saturday, at his residence on a warrant for driving under the influence.

– Jose Angel Martinez, 20, of the 9200 block of Wren Avenue, 2:08 a.m., Sunday, near the intersection of Wren and Ronan avenues for driving under the influence.

Domestic battery

– Abdias Ojeda Martinez, 28, of the 7200 block of Hanna Street, 7:49 p.m., Friday, at his residence for domestic battery.

Forgery

– Onar Rodriguez Servin, 23, of the 6300 block of Monterey Road, 10:57 p.m., Friday, at the intersection of Ninth and Princevalle streets for possession of a forged check.

Public intoxication

– Victor Rojas, 33, of San Francisco, 9:22 p.m., Friday, at 7071 Eigleberry St.

– Eriberto Castro Robles, 38, transient, 3:50 p.m., Sunday, at 162 W. 10th St. on a warrant.

– Samuel Daniel Barboza, 19, of the 400 block of Madison Court, 9:47 p.m., Sunday, at his residence.

– Robert Moreno, 40, of the 200 block of Broadway, 8:15 p.m., Sunday, at 251 First St.

Probation violation

– Moises Torres, 22, of the 7100 block of Eigleberry Street, 1:21 a.m., Saturday, at 7051 Eigleberry St. for probation violations and resisting arrest.

Driving with a suspended license

– Marcos Vargas Vigueras, 33, of the 9200 block of Church Street, 5:55 p.m., Saturday, at his residence on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.

Assault with a deadly weapon

– Alfredo Manuel Florez, 29, of the 7300 block of Church Street, 2:25 p.m., Saturday, at his residence for assault with a deadly weapon and on a warrant for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Open container

– Leonel Beccera Pineda, 27, transient, 3:50 p.m., Sunday, at 162 W. 10th St. on two warrants for violating Gilroy’s open container law.

Rental vehicle theft

– Tiffany Lauren Carney, 24, of Big Bear Lake, 10:35 p.m., Saturday, at 865 Chesapeake Place for rental vehicle theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
