Driving under the influence
Jose DeJesus Quinones Elizondo, 37, of the 400 block of Lena Avenue, 1:30 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Sunrise Drive for driving under the influence.
Ismael Alvarez, 28, of the 9000 block of Freeman Court, 9:09 p.m. Sunday, near his residence for driving under the influence and driving without a license.
Jose De Jesus Elizondo, 37, of the 400 block of Lena Avenue, 1:30 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Longmeadow Drive and Santa Teresa Boulevard for driving under the influence.
Noelle Marie Foster, 25, of the 1200 block of Juniper Drive, 10:50 p.m. Thursday, at her residence for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an injury accident.
Driving without a license
Fernando Patricio Justo, 35, transient, 11:10 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Old Gilroy and Railroad streets on warrants for driving without a license and public intoxication.
Javier Vargas-Contreras, 23, of San Jose, 1:58 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Monterey and East 10th streets for driving without a license and driving at night without lights on.
Roberto Regalado Lopez, 37, of the 7500 block of Rogers Lane, 3:09 p.m. Sunday, near the intersection of East Seventh and Maple streets for driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Parole hold
Eric Harvey Lujan, 26, of the 700 block of Carignane Drive, 6:09 a.m. Monday, at Pacific Mobile Estates, 500 W. 10th St., on a warrant for parole hold.
Petty theft
A 16-year-old female from Morgan Hill, whose name and address police withheld because she is a juvenile, 8:44 a.m. Friday, at Kohl’s, 6765 Camino Arroyo, for petty theft. The girl, who was at the store with her mother and sister, took three pairs of sterling silver earrings and left the store without paying for them.
Pauline Melissa Camacho, 20, of Hollister, 8:54 p.m. Saturday, at Kohl’s, 6765 Camino Arroyo, for petty theft.
False citizenship claim
Salvador Moreno Guzman, 38, of the 7200 block of Eigleberry, 2:48 p.m. Friday, at his residence for using false citizenship documents, concealing or destroying evidence, false impersonation, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and possession of narcotics for sale.
OTHER GPD INCIDENTS
Commercial burglary
A suspect or suspects broke into Gilroy Bowl, 7554 Monterey St., and took $2,300 in cash, between 2 and 4 a.m. Sunday. The suspect or suspects pried the door off a safe, causing $100 in damage, to get the cash.
Fraud
An adult woman signed a five-year lease on a new Dodge Durango from South County Chrysler, Feb. 2, 2003. A week later, she was given an updated contract, initialed by someone other than the woman. The new contract changed the mileage and payment dates.
Petty theft
Seven unknown people worked together to steal two pair of Nike shoes from Foot Locker, 681 Leavesley Road, 5:59 p.m. Saturday. The suspects took off in two cars, a blue Toyota and a gold 2001 Ford with license plate 4SYF043.
Assault
An adult male pushed a refrigerator door closed on an adult female at 1630 Welburn Ave., 12:37 p.m. Saturday.
Social host ordinance violation
About 60 people, some of them younger than 21 years old, were at a party with alcohol at 395 Mantelli Drive, 12:36 a.m. Sunday.
