Joel Barnes, 37, of Morgan Hill, 11:54 a.m. Sunday, in Morgan Hill for making a felony threat and battery.
Hugo Elacio, 32, of the 500 block of Fairview Drive, 7:14 p.m. Monday on 440 Fairview Dr. on warrants for battery and unlawful destruction of a cell phone intended to summon help.
Obstructing a teacher
Chris Upchurch, 53, transient, 3:17 p.m. Sunday, at 797 First St. on warrants for four counts of trespassing, four counts of public intoxication, urinating in public and obstructing a teacher from entering a school.
Possession of a stolen vehicle
Rashad Robinson, 35, transient, 1:52 a.m. Monday, at 1129 Monte Bello Drive.
Contempt of court
Monica Castillo, 27, of Morgan Hill, 7:19 p.m. Monday at the Gilroy Police Department on probation violation and contempt of court.
Petty theft
Aracely Jimenez, 19, and Stephanie Duran, 18, both of Hollister, 5:57 p.m. Feb. 6 at Wal-Mart.
Other GPD incidents
Auto burglary
A passenger-side window of a 2004 Saturn parked on the 6100 block of Monterey Street was smashed, between 8 p.m. Jan. 28 and 11 a.m. Jan. 29, but nothing was stolen.
A wallet was stolen from a 2001 GMC Sierra pickup parked near W. Seventh and Rosanna streets, between 11:45 and 11:55 a.m. Jan. 29. A passenger-side window was broken to gain access.
A makeup bag was stolen from a 2003 Nissan Ultima parked on the 7800 block of Monterey Street, between 3:30 and 4:10 p.m. Feb. 3. The rear passenger-side window was broken to gain access.
A cell phone and a purse were stolen from an unlocked Chevrolet Cavalier parked on an undisclosed address on Wentz Drive, between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Monday.
Residential burglary
An unknown person or persons kicked in the front door of a residence on the 100 block of Fifth Street, between 10:50 p.m. Feb. 2 and 7 a.m. Feb. 3. The thief then ate food and broke a mirror.
A rifle, a shotgun and jewelry were stolen from a residence on an undisclosed address on Orchard Drive, between 4:30 a.m. Saturday and 8 p.m. Monday.
Petty theft
A roll of copper wire was stolen from the back of a truck parked on the 7600 block of Carmel Street, between 8 p.m. Jan. 29 and 6 a.m. Jan. 30.
A Haro bicycle with 18-inch wheels, total value estimated at $300, was stolen from the 700 block of Fifth Street, about 4 p.m. Feb. 1.
Grand theft
A 10-foot section of copper pipe was cut and stolen from Gabby’s Taqueria, 8295 Monterey St., between 8 p.m. Jan. 31 and 7:30 a.m. Feb. 1.
Two copper pipes were stolen from an air conditioning unit at 66 First St., between 3 p.m. Jan. 17 and 9:30 a.m. Feb. 1.
Copper wire was stolen from an air-conditioning unit, which was also vandalized, at a building on Muraoka Drive, between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Monday.

Liana Merlin Pena, 24, of the 100 block of Bernal Road in San Jose, 3:08 p.m. Dec. 31, on the 14000 block of Foothill Avenue in San Martin.
Possession of methamphetamine
David Louie Gurich, 37, of the 14000 block of Foothill Avenue in San Martin, 3:20 p.m. Dec. 31 on the 14000 block of Foothill Avenue.
Drunk in public
Modesto Figueroa Zafra, 29, of the 500 block of Peebles Avenue in Morgan Hill, between 11:35 a.m. and noon, Jan. 1 on the 500 block of Peebles Avenue.
Possession of narcotics
Timothy Hunter Davey, 18, of the 15000 block of La Jolla Drive in Morgan Hill between 9:21 and 10:30 p.m. Jan. 6 on Bloomfield Avenue at Highway 25 for possession of four oxycodone pills.
Stolen vehicle
Jeffrey Michael Ford, 25, for theft of a 1989 white Ford Ranger, stolen between 11:30 p.m. Dec. 31 and 2 a.m. Jan. 1 from Hindiyeh Lane in San Martin. Suspects Brandon Allen James Lehnert, 24, of Hollister and William Ryder Thompson, 46, of San Martin are wanted.
Other Sheriff incidents
Recovery of stolen vehicle
A 1988 black Ford Mustang was recovered near the intersection of Lincoln and San Martin avenues in San Martin, 6:30 a.m. Dec. 31.
Stolen vehicle
A 1970 gray Chevy Nomad was stolen between 11 a.m. Dec. 31 and 2 p.m. Jan. 2 on Leavesley Road at New Avenue in Gilroy. Also stolen were a box of jewelry, miscellaneous clothing, a mini bike, and four rims and tires, with an estimated value of $1,500.
A 1998 white Chevrolet Silverado truck was stolen from a construction company on the 3200 block of Old Monterey Highway, Gilroy between 4:30 p.m. Jan. 9 and 9:30 a.m. Jan. 10. Power tools were stolen and loaded into the stolen truck which was abandoned down the road from the construction company. The vehicle was later recovered and the stolen items are valued estimated at $2,165.
Grand theft
A welding torch valued at $700 was stolen from the 14600 block of Sycamore Avenue between 5:30 p.m. Jan. 8 and 7:15 a.m. Jan. 9.
Petty theft
A blue 10-speed bike, valued at $300, was stolen from the driveway of a residence on the 30 block of Kirby Avenue in Morgan Hill between 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Jan. 6.
Vandalism
Graffiti was spray painted on a fence a the South County Spay Clinic on the 1200 block of Murphy Avenue in San Martin at noon, Jan. 3. The damage totaled $20.
Burglary
About 40 feet of copper wire was stolen from a pump house at Palm Avenue and Monterey Road in Morgan Hill between 12:00 p.m. Dec. 7 and 9:30 a.m. Jan. 3.
A trailer was burglarized on the 4500 block of Casa Loma Road in Morgan Hill between 12:00 p.m. Dec. 21 and 1:30 p.m. Jan. 3. Stolen were garden tools, animal feeders and water float valves valued at an estimated $420.
