Police blotter

The Gilroy Police Department made dozens of arrests this past week. Some of the offenses included burglary, driving under the influence, infliction of corporal injury on a spouse, possession of a controlled substance, selling or aiding in selling stolen property, evasion of a peace officer and conspiracy to commit a crime. Here is the police blotter from Sept. 5 through Sept. 12.
Under the influence
-Kelsey Tellerday, 26, September 9 at 4:49 a.m., near the intersection of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Longmeadow Drive for use/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
-Sosa Perez, 28, September 7 at 8:12 p.m. near the intersection of Chestnut and Seventh streets for being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substance.
-Felipe Martinez, 26, September 8 at 1:23 a.m. within city limits for being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substance.
-Juan Cabrera, 27, September 8 at 5:27 p.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo for use/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
-Osvaldo Calderon, 31, September 9 at 2:10 p.m. on the 7200 block of East Street for being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substance.
Burglary
-Bianca Garcia, 21, September 5 at 4:45 p.m., on the 700 block of First Street for felony burglary in the first degree.
Possession
-Marshall Rivera, 19, September 5 at 6:48 p.m., in Christmas Hill Park for possession of an alcoholic beverage while underage.
Petty theft
-Oscar Orduna, 18, September 5 at 11:11 p.m. near the intersection of Sixth and Forest streets.
-Gianna Brigantino, 18, September 6 at 2:49 p.m. on the 6700 block of Camino Arroyo.
-Michelle Grijalva, 29, September 7 at 7:16 p.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo.
-Christine Joseph, 51, September 7 at 9:21 p.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo.
-Yvonne Ramirez, 21, September 9 at 3:54 p.m. on the 7200 block of Camino Arroyo.
-Serrina Serna, 19, September 10 at 5:44 p.m. on the 7100 Camino Arroyo.
Public disturbance
-Christopher Randolph, 45, September 6 at 1:35 a.m. on the 7900 block of Monterey Road for disturbance by loud/unreasonable noise.
Contempt of court
-Bernardo Martinez, 25, September 6 at 4:05 a.m. near the intersection of Fourth Street and Monterey Road for contempt of court.
Sale/use of unclassified fireworks
-William McOwan, 40, September 6 at 12:30 p.m. on the 7300 block of Hanna Street for the sale/use of unclassified fireworks.
DUI
-Kelly Garrett, 26, September 7 at 1:03 a.m. near the intersection of Princevalle and Ninth Streets for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content level at or above .08.
-Andrew Bibaeff, 22, September 7 at 3:06 a.m. near the intersection of Mantelli Drive and Santa Teresa for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content level at or above .08 and with a suspended license.
-Jose German, 27, September 7 at 4:41 a.m. near the intersection of Monterey and Fourth Street for driving under the influence with a BAC at or above .08, a suspended license and driving in violation of a license restriction.
-Patrick Lasater, 22, September 7 at 11:06 p.m. at Las Animas for driving under the influence with a BAC at or above .08.
-Myra Sanchez, 25, September 8 at 1:10 a.m. within City limits for driving under the influence with a BAC at or above .08.
-Rogelio Gonzalez, 35, September 9 at 7:32 p.m. on the 6600 block of Monterey for driving under the influence with a BAC at or above .08.
Consuming alcohol in public
-Abundio Cervantes, 54, September 7 at 2:02 p.m. on the 7200 block of Monterey Road for consuming intoxicating liquor in a public place.
-Luisalberto Jimenez, 33, September 7 at 2:09 p.m. on the 7200 block of Monterey Road for consuming intoxicating liquor in a public place.
-Lucio Vasquez, 39, September 7 at 2:10 p.m. on the 7200 block of Monterey Road for consuming intoxicating liquor in a public place.
Multiple charges
-Ismael Valdez, 34, September 7 at 6:30 p.m. on the 3000 block of Hecker Pass for a felony parole hold, felony injury to telephone or power lines, felony threats to commit crime resulting in injury and felony infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
-James Grijalva, 33, September 7 at 10:37 p.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo for second degree burglary, petty theft, use/under the influence of a controlled substance, and two charges of possession of controlled substances.
-Cornell Brown, 29, September 7 at 10:54 p.m. on the 6100 block of Monterey for a felony parole hold, refusing to leave private property, resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer, unlawful possession of paraphernalia and felony possession of a controlled substance.
-Cherise Martinez, 27, September 8 at 1:36 p.m. on the 8500 block of Wren for petty theft and annoying phone calls of an obscene or threatening nature.
-Athena Morales, 28, September 10 at 4 p.m. near the intersection of Water and Easy streets for two charges of felony process violator for revocation, felony driving in willful disregard for safety, felony re-arrest, resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and felony selling or aiding in selling stolen property.
-Danielle Tollison, 28, September 10 at 4:10 p.m. near the intersection of Water and Easy Streets for two charges of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, two charges of use/being under the influence of a controlled substance, two felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a narcotic controlled substance, two felony charges of possession, receiving or passing on forged papers, possession of a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools, felony attempted theft, evading a peace officer and reckless driving, two felony charges of selling or aiding in selling stolen property, petty theft, re-arrest for probation revocation, five felony charges of re-arrest for probation revocation, driving with a suspended license, resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and felony driving in willful disregard of safety.

-Desiree Ortiz, 24, September 11 at 4:35 a.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo for felony release of defendant on bail or own recognizance, felony purchase of wire/illegal metal, felony conspiracy to commit a felony and felony burglary in the first degree.
-Enrique Campos, 22, September 11 at 5:30 a.m. on the 7500 block of Wren Avenue for consuming intoxicating liquor in a public place, two charges of driving with privileges suspended/revoked, driving with a BAC at or above .08 and two charges of being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substance.
-Philip Olson, 21, September 11 at 5:33 a.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo for felony conspiracy to commit a crime, felony burglary in the first degree, felony re-arrest for probation violation and felony sale or aiding in selling stolen property.
Marshal hold
-Maria Salinas, 33, September 8 at 6:30 a.m. near the intersection of IOOF Avenue and Forest Street for a felony U.S. Marshal hold.
Failing to provide documentation
-Filiberto Vasquez, 24, September 8 at 9:45 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey and Fourth Streets for failing to provide evidence, failure to appear and driving while unlicensed.
Spousal abuse
-John Hernandez, 31, September 10 at 4:25 a.m. on the 6100 block of Monterey Street for felony infliction of bodily injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
-Jose Bravo, 30, September 11 at 4:20 a.m. on the 8000 block of Church Street for felony infliction of bodily injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
Disorderly conduct
-Juan Olmedo, 35, September 11 at 2:25 p.m. near the intersection of Forest Street and Fortunada Place for disorderly conduct/refusing to leave private property.
-Laura Chavez, 49, September 11 at 2:47 p.m. near the intersection of Forest Street and Fortunada Place for disorderly conduct/refusing to leave private property.
Vehicle theft
-Jose Gutierrez, 22, September 12 at 11:50 a.m. near the intersection of Erhart Drive and Oakland Airport for felony theft or unauthorized use of a vehicle.
