Battery

• Ignacio Pacheco, 25 of Gilroy on June 18 at 9 p.m., on the 7000 block of Eigleberry on a warrant for battery against spouse or cohabitant.

• Alexandira Einhorn, 21 of Gilroy, on June 22 at 10:11 p.m. on the 800 block of El Cerrito Way on a warrant for battery against spouse, cohabitant, or family member.

Burglary

• Brook Vinson, 35 of San Jose, on June 19 at 12:44 a.m. on Camino Arroyo, for first-degree burglary.
• Ken Wickholm, 59 of Gilroy, on June 20 at 4:50 p.m. on the 900 block of First Street for petty theft and first-degree burglary.
• Trinidad Rodriguez, 18 of Gilroy, on June 22 at 5:15 p.m. on Third Street, for first-degree burglary, possession of stolen property, possession of marijuana and for resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.
• Serina Mata, 27 of Gilroy, on June 22 at 9:02 p.m. on the 7800 block of Carmel Street, on a warrant for first-degree burglary.
• John Brooks, a 47-year-old transient, on 11:12 a.m. on Wren Avenue, for first-degree burglary.

DUI

• Lavonne, Panzenhagen, 49 of Gilroy, on June 18 at 10:28 p.m., on Wren Avenue, for driving under the influence and causing bodily injury to another person.
• Anna Neibal, 29 of Gilroy, on June 19 at 3:36 a.m., on the 1200 block of Juniper Drive on a warrant for driving under the influence.
• Linda Zabala, 27 of Gilroy, on June 23 at 3:35 a.m. on Ortega Drive, for driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or higher and for driving with a suspended license.
• Enrique Hernandez, 28 of Hollister, on June 23 at 8:54 p.m. on the 7600 block of Forest Street on two warrants for resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent.

Drunk in public

• Cory Lee, a 22-year-old transient, on June 23 at 5:05 a.m. on the 8000 block of Wren Avenue, on a warrant for being drunk in public.

• Alejandro Anaya, 32 of Watsonville, on June 23 at 11:53 p.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo, for petty theft and petty theft with prior convictions.
• Christopher Taylor, 26 of Gilroy, on April 29 (recently arrested) at 1:32 p.m. on the 7200 block of Camino Arroyo for petty theft.
• Olga Saurez, 32 of Gilroy, on April 18 (recently arrested) at 11:03 p.m. on the 6700 block of Camino Arroyo, for petty theft.

• Sam Brown, 38 of Gilroy, on June 20 at 11:09 p.m. on Wren Avenue, for possession of a dirk or dagger and on a warrant for presenting evidence of registration.
• Robert Birrueta, 20 of Gilroy, on June 22 at 3:29 p.m. on warrants for selling and possession of marijuana.

Robbery

• Troy Kinsey, 21 of Gilroy, on June 18 at 10:55 p.m., on Chestnut Street, for possession of a controlled substance, obstructing officer or emergency technicians and three outstanding warrants for attempted grad theft, selling stolen cars and second-degree robbery.

Sex offender violation

• James Avena, 45 of Morgan Hill, on June 18 at 3:59 p.m. on the 5800 block of Monterey Road on a warrant for being a sex offender failing to update address.

Trespassing

• Jorden Newton, 25 of Gilroy, on June 25 at 12:10 a.m. o the 7300 block of Hanna Street, on a warrant for trespassing.

Under the influence

• Ivo Reis, 39 of Gilroy, on June 18 at 2:56 a.m., on the 400 block of La Premavera, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Joe Morales, 49 of Gilroy, on June 18 at 7 a.m., on the 600 block El Toro for being under the influence of a controlled substance.  
• Damian Arrellano, 23 of Gilroy, on June 22 at 2:59 a.m. on the 8000 block of Church Street, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Michael Jeske, 41 of Gilroy, on June 22 at 10:00 a.m. on Church Street, for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics paraphernalia.

• Manuel Rodriguez, 19 of Gilroy, on June 22 at 10:07 on Sixth Street, for a hit-and-run and driving under the influence.
