Juanita Rodriguez, 44, address withheld, 7:08 a.m. Wednesday, at 7154 Hanna St. for possession of a controlled substance and on a warrant for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Possession of an unlawful weapon
Gerardo Torres Madriz, 43, address withheld, 11:50 p.m. Thursday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on warrants for possession of an unlawful weapon, Possession of an drug paraphernalia, being a felon in possession of a firearm and selling ammunition to a minor.
Driving under the influence
Benjamin Cruz Hernandez, 22, address withheld, 11:47 p.m. Thursday, near the intersection of Kern Avenue and First Street for driving under the influence and driving without a license.
Public intoxication
Dinisio Bartolo Cruz, 22, address withheld, 11:47 p.m. Thursday, near the intersection of Kern Avenue and First Street.

An unknown suspect or suspects made a hole in the metal service bay door at Gilroy Ford Lincoln Mercury, 6290 Monterey St., about 6:15 a.m. Friday.
Grand theft
A commercial floor-cleaning machine was stolen from Gilroy Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, 8170 Murray Ave., 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and 5:30 a.m. Thursday. The unknown suspect or suspects cut a hole in the chain-link fence at the rear of the business to get into it.
Residential burglary
A dresser drawer was rummaged through in a residence on the 900 block of Third Street, 12:20 p.m. Wednesday. The unknown suspect or suspects entered the house through the rear bedroom.
A television was taken from the living room of a residence on the 7800 block of Church Street, between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday
Petty theft
CDs were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on the 2400 block of Club Drive, between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.
A wallet was stolen from the clubhouse at the Gilroy High School baseball field, 750 10th St., between 5:15 and 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Checks and a clutch purse were taken from unlocked vehicle parked on the 1000 block of Montebello Drive, between 6 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Bike theft
A locked BMX bike was stolen from a bike rack at El Roble Elementary School, 930 Third St., between 7:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Auto burglary
A purse was stolen from a 1997 GMC Suburban parked at St. Mary Church, 11 First St., between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. The unknown suspect or suspects smashed a window to get in the car.
Unknown items were stolen from four vehicles parked at Hilton Garden Inn, 6070 Monterey Road, and from two vehicles parked at Motel 6, 6110 Monterey Road, late Monday night and early Tuesday morning. The unknown suspect or suspects smashed or pried windows to get into the vehicles.
