More than $5,000 worth of educational materials were stolen from a Forest Street storage unit, between 12 and 8 a.m. May 22. The unit was located at a mini-storage facility and not on one of the several public school sites in the area, police said. The victim was a woman who owned a private speech therapy business, said Sgt. Jim Gillio. Storage racks, a computer printer, and various tests and instructional items were stolen.
