were used at Kohls in Gilroy and Longs in Pleasanton, Nov. 21.
Found property

A plastic bag containing 3.6 grams of marijuana was found Monday on the 8200 block of Forest Street.

Stolen vehicle

A brown 1987 Mazda truck was stolen from the 8100 block of Kelton Drive between 5 p.m. Sunday and 1 p.m. Monday. The truck has faded paint on the hood and a black bumper with a AAA sticker on it.

A 1994 tan Acura Legend was stolen from the 7100 block of Rosanna Street 11 p.m. Saturday.

Vandalism

A small kitchen window of an empty residence on the 7400 block of Rosanna Street was broken into and entered through between 2 p.m. Sunday and 11:30 a.m. Monday. There was several drops of blood left in the hallway and master bedroom.

Assaults

A juvenile victim was punched one time in the face by a suspect at 3:36 p.m. Monday on IOOF Avenue.

Auto burglary

A person found a neighbor’s day planner lying on the street in front of his house, at which point the neighbor learned his vehicle was broken into between Saturday and Monday. A checkbook, jacket, cell phone mic, three day planners and a tan shirt were stolen.

A truck was broken into Wednesday and a black purse with California ID and credit cards were stolen. The window was broken.

Fraud

A person’s checks were intercepted and at least three checks were used at Kohls in Gilroy and Longs in Pleasanton, Nov. 21.

Commercial burglary

Two people used an altered or fraudulent credit card to purchse more than $1,200 worth of electronic equipment at Walmart, 7150 Camino Arroyo, Monday.

Petty theft

A girl’s iPod was stolen while she was in gym class at Gilroy High School Tuesday.

Forgery

A person used a fake $100 traveler’s check at Carl’s Jr., 11 a.m. Oct. 21.

Threat

A person sent threatening text messages to another person, 12 p.m. Saturday.

Suspicious incidents

A 2-month old baby was brought into the emergency room with second degree burns on her right leg, 12:40 p.m. Wednesday. The mother claimed no knowledge of how the burns had occurred. On checking the welfare of her other children, bruising in the shape of a handprint was found on the back of her 2-year old. Both babies and a 9-year old girl were taken into protective custody as investigation continues.
