An unidentified female reported that she and her unidentified boyfriend of seven years were involved in a verbal altercation on Wayland Lane, 1:42 a.m. Friday. The female spat in the direction of her boyfriend but missed. The boyfriend became upset at the fact that the female tried to spit at him and shoved her. The female was uncooperative and refused to provide further information.

Petty theft

The rear license plate, no. 4ZPG725, was stolen off a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban on Churchill Place, 7:42 a.m. Friday.

Stolen vehicle

An unknown thief or thieves stole a black 1994 Acura from Southgate Court, between 11 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday.

Two people sustained minor injuries after a physical altercation on Irish Court, 8:45 a.m. Friday.

Fraud

An unidentified person wrote a check from a closed account to purchase $129.92 in food from Togo’s on Camino Arroyo, 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A woman on Del Rio Circle lost her purse on Jan. 2. The purse was turned in at Bank of American Jan. 3. The woman stated that she was missing her checkbook and $600 in currency. On Thursday the woman received a collection letter regarding her closed bank account because of a fraudulent check.

An unidentified person used a fake check to try to purchase a $473.88 laptop computer, 9:20 a.m. Feb. 1.

An unidentified person used another person’s social security number to obtain a PG&E account on Stonecress Street, 4:07 p.m. Wednesday.

An unidentified person found a three bottles of pills on Welburn Avenue, 3:30 p.m. Friday.

An unknown thief of thieves broke an interior side door at a residence on West Eighth Street and stole a Nintendo Wii and 20″ Samsung Plasma TV, 3:01 p.m. Friday.

Missing juvenile

A runaway juvenile was reported on West 10th Street, 6 a.m. Friday.

Two juveniles ran away from the children’s shelter on IOOF Avenue, 8:40 p.m. Friday. An alert was broadcast.

An unidentified person registered as a sex offender on Hanna Street, 3:42 p.m. Friday.

The owner of Oakwood Lounge on Monterey found a small clear plastic bag containing 0.4 grams of a white crystalline substance, 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

A vandal keyed a silver Scion XB on Leavesley Road, causing $500 in damages to the driver’s side front quarter panel, 3:15 a.m. Feb. 20.

An unidentified person or persons vandalized a 2003 gray Ford F35 on Longmeadow Drive between 12:01 a.m. Feb. 12 and 6 a.m. Feb. 13.

Hit and run

A driver hit a parked vehicle at the outlets on San Ysidro Avenue, between 1 and 2 p.m. Saturday. The vehicle left the scene without leaving information. A license plate of the suspect vehicle was obtained.

An unknown thief broke a passenger’s side window of a 2002 brown Ford Windstar on Eigleberry Street and stole an 8 gigabyte black iPhone, an 80 gigabyte black iPod and a Kodak digital camera, total value of $730, between 11:55 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. Saturday.

An unknown thief or thieves used a metal socket wrench to break out the rear window of a white 1998 Chevrolet on Eigleberry Street to steal the speaker box, between 7:20 and 7:33 a.m. Sunday.

An unknown thief or thieves broke into a maroon 1993 Honda Civic on Williamsburg Way and stole a stereo faceplate, a DVD player, two gym bags with new and used clothes, a large red rolling bag with new clothing and shoes, and a Samsung flip phone charger, total value of $1,469, between 7 p.m. Feb. 24 and 7 a.m. Wednesday. The thief or thieves also caused $800 in damage to the car.

An unidentified person stole a 47″ Phillips flat screen television valued at $1,098 from a black SUV on Camino Arroyo, 3:24 p.m. Saturday.

An unknown female customer entered a business on San Ysidro and stole a purse from behind the counter, between 11 a.m. and 1:06 p.m. Feb. 1. The leather Louis Vuitton purse was valued at $1,100 and contained a $400 Louis Vuitton wallet and two pairs of diamond earrings and one gold necklace with diamond stud, total value of $5,000.
