Two unidentified people entered Safeway on First Street and filled a shopping cart with various groceries worth $262.31 and left the store without paying, 9:35 a.m. Wednesday. They were stopped outside by store employees, at which point they fled the area without the merchandise.

A red 1991 Lexus S25 was towed on Eigleberry Street, 8:16 a.m. Tuesday.

A blue 1993 Mercury Sable was towed on Stoney Court, 10:59 a.m. Tuesday.

An unidentified person found an AT&T LG slider cell phone on Miller Avenue, 10:05 a.m. Tuesday.

An unidentified person turned a Wells Fargo Visa debit card into the police department, 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Missing juvenile

A juvenile was reported missing on Grenache Way, 6 p.m. Monday.

Fraud

A woman discovered $400 in missing checks from her Citibank savings account, Feb. 26. She suspects her former boyfriend.

Hit and run

A hit and run accident occurred on First Street and Wren Avenue, 7:53 p.m. Tuesday.

Non-injury accident

A green 2000 Honda Accord and a black 2000 Dodge Durango collided in the intersection of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Longmeadow Drive, 10:19 p.m. Tuesday.

Suicide

An unidentified person committed suicide on Kentwood Court, 6:33 a.m. Feb. 4.

Stolen vehicle

An unknown thief or thieves stole a black trailer with two jet skis from Siena Court, between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday.

Fraud

An unidentified person used another person’s credit card at various Gilroy locations, Feb. 25.

Assault

A case of spousal assault was reported on Eigleberry Street, 5:02 p.m. Wednesday.

Lost Property

Property was stolen from Welburn Avenuem between Dec. 1, 2006, and Dec. 1, 2008.

Property was stolen from Pacheco Pass, Jan. 2, 2008.

Property was stolen from Lilly and Ronan avenues, between 3:15 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

Vehicle tampering

An unidentified person tampered with a vehicle in the Lilly Gardens Apartments on Lilly Avenue, between 4:35 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 a.m. Monday.
