San Francisco – Shane Christman scored the winning run on an error in the 10th inning as Gavilan won for the second time in three starts this season by edging City College of San Francisco, 6-5, Monday.

Carter Motley drove in three runs and Daniel Salinas had two RBI for Gavilan (2-1), which opened its season by beating CCSF.

Brian Rossi picked up the win and Joe Velasquez pitched a scoreless 10th inning for the save.
