The Ragnolia Ragtime group will play Saturday, May 19 at Gilroy Methodist Church.

The community is invited to join Gilroy United Methodist Church and The Music Academy for a series of programs featuring our neighbors in concert. “Musi-Kaleidoscope” a five program series showcasing professional musicians from the South Valley sharing their favorite music in family-friendly concerts on Saturday afternoons. Each program begins at 2 p.m. in the acoustically excellent sanctuary at 7600 Church St.
The fourth program Saturday, May 19 features ragtime piano duo artists (pictured above), Jack and Chris Bradshaw and the Ragnolia Ragtette (Steve Drivons on drums and Robyn Drivons on tuba). With 88 keys and 20 fingers at their disposal, these classically trained keyboard artists from Gilroy righteously proclaim having the most piano keys held down at any one time.
The final program in the series will serve up music for woodwind quintet on Saturday, June 9 when the Santa Ana Winds takes the stage. Donations are accepted at the door, with a portion benefiting various charities. For more information, call 848-1064 or at [email protected].
