My name is Rita and I’ve worked at the Gilroy Wal-Mart for 8
years. I am writing to let people know how much I enjoy working at
Wal-Mart and how much I look forward to working at the Wal-Mart
Supercenter.

My name is Rita and I’ve worked at the Gilroy Wal-Mart for 8 years. I am writing to let people know how much I enjoy working at Wal-Mart and how much I look forward to working at the Wal-Mart Supercenter.
Wal-Mart is a place I can go to relax and do a good job. I know all my customers well and we have a great relationship. Everybody gets along and really helps each other out when we’re in trouble. I am trusted by my manager and he respects my judgment. All the managers always help me out when I have a problem, and I don’t have to pay anyone for a union to speak for me.
I have lots of benefits – medical, vision, dental, 401(k) – and I’ll be taken care of when I retire.
I’ve lived in Gilroy all my life, and have raised a family while working at Wal-Mart. I know that when the Supercenter opens I’ll have even more opportunities to advance. We’re all a big family.
