Isaiah Rojas hit two home runs and two singles, Ryan Alnas one home run, one double and two singles for the Rebels (4-0). Mike Leslie crushed two home runs and two singles, Mike Sullivan a three-run homer for 2-1 Feather Haven Mill.
Kevin Orosco hit three home runs and Emiliano Arde stroked five hits and scored six runs as the Las Animas Sweepers (2-2) rolled by Extreme Air 33-5. Brad Burrows lined a three-run triple for Extreme Air.
Johnson Lumber defeated Buzz N By U 18-2 as Gabe Hernandez lashed a lead-off home run and E. J. Mendoza netted three hits for the winners. Kurt Gitmed homered and singled for Buzz N By U.
Men’s C
Czar Construction moved to 3-0 atop the Men’s Winter C League by stopping Talamo Foods 14-8 Tuesday at Christmas Hill Park.
Czar extended an 8-7 lead with six runs in the bottom of the sixth, keyed by a two-run single from Bobby Reggiani. Geno Martinez homered in a 4-for-4 effort for Czar, while Benny Sanchez and Rico Lopez followed with three hits. Juan Gutierrez went 3-for-4 for Talamo Foods.
Danger II is also 3-0 with a 11-4 win over Jus 2 Party. Kenny Hopf and Joel Gaeta each provided three hits for Danger II. Andrew Gonzalez went 2-for-3 for the Party.
Bike Center rallied foe eight runs in the top of the seventh inning to upset the Playaz 10-7. Leroy Dozal, completing a 5-for-5 effort for the Bikers, singled and doubled in the seventh inning. Tomas Carrillo hit a three-run homer in the seventh. Marcus Gaeta and John Batinich each singled and doubled for the winners. Mario Palacios went 3-for-4 for the Playaz.
Men’s CCC
Neighborhood Pizza rallied for three runs in the top of the seventh inning to defeat Rhino Wiring 12-10 in Men’s Winter CCC League play Monday at Christmas Hill Park.
Steve Garcia kept the seventh inning alive with a two-out single, moving Jason Suniga to third base. David Sotelo followed with a two-run triple for an 11-10 lead. Brian Rudolfs added a run-scoring single.
Danny Lopez went 4-for-4 as Neighborhood Pizza improved to 2-1, good for second place in the seven-team league. Rick Cosio cracked a solo home run and Jim McShane delivered three singles for Neighborhood Pizza. Johnny Andrade drilled a double and triple, Ed Cordia a double and single for Rhino Wiring.
Hollister Motor Sports-Gilroy Steel defeated Louie & the Outlaws 24-18 to leave both clubs at 2-1.
Matt Plesek anchored the Motor Sports-Steel offense with a 5-for-5 effort, including a two-run home run. T. J. Dickens and Manny Juarez each went 4-for-4 and Mario Razo bagged three hits and scored four runs for the winners. Joe Ojeda and Josh Gonzalez each went 3-for-3 for Louie & the Outlaws. Don Rose accounted for four Outlaw RBI with a home run and single.
George Chiala Farms turned back Pacific Coast Bail Bonds 13-5. Chase Locsin lined a solo home run and Matt Corona laced two doubles and a single for Chiala Farms. Dan Gavrity posted a single and two triples for the winners. Mitch MacVicar stroked a two-run double to key a five-run fifth for Pacific Coast Bail Bonds.
Women’s
Don’s Vending is 3-0 atop the six-team Women’s Winter League after a 20-1 decision over the M&M’s Monday at Las Animas Park.
Sue Keehn and Alicia Hernandez each went 3-for-3 for the Vendors. Joleen Carrasco and Vicki Velasquez each powered a double and two singles for Don’s Vending. Tracy Nelson and Shelly Guerrero combined hits for the lone M&M’s run.
Daniela Nyberg and Elena Garcia each went 4-for-4 and scored three runs to lead Team Ninja (2-1) past Goldsmith’s Seeds 18-2.
Antoinette Bowe and Jessica Loza each went 3-for-3 for the winners. Yolanda Lomas went 2-for-3 and Irene Rivera and Esmeralda Hernandez each scored one run for Goldsmith’s.
