Theft
An unknown suspect(s), between noon Nov. 19 and 2 p.m. Dec. 3 on the 2600 block of Day Road in Gilroy, stole the license plates from the victim’s vehicle.
Drugs
Patrick Badillo, 44, 5:24 p.m. Dec. 3 on Sewell Avenue at San Martin Avenue in San Martin, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Badillo was on misdemeanor probation.
Derek Scott Marota Enders, 24, 2:24 p.m. Dec. 2 on the 13000 block of Monterey Highway at Chester in San Martin, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Enders was found to have 1.8 grams of heroin.
Paul Joseph Lumbard, 47, 11:04 a.m. Dec. 2 on Monterey Highway at Travel Park Circle in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and violation of felony probation. Lumbard was found to have .3 grams of methamphetamine.
Rachel Nicole Spells, 33, 11:05 a.m. Nov. 30 on Monterey Highway at Travel Park Circle in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Spells, on felony probation, was found to have 2.2 grams TGW of methamphetamine, three glass pipes, a plastic straw with methamphetamine residue, and a 10mg Baclofen.
Anthony Gonzales, 48, 11:06 p.m. Nov. 29 on Kern Avenue at Culp Drive in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Burglary-Residential
An unknown suspect(s), between 4 a.m. Nov. 25 and 10:20 p.m. Dec. 2 on the 2500 block of Butch Drive in Gilroy, entered a residence through a skylight and ransacked the interior.
An unknown suspect, between 5 p.m. Nov. 28 and 11:30 a.m. Nov. 29 on the 500 block of Live Oak Avenue at Dougherty Avenue in Morgan Hill, stole a saddle worth $3,000.

An unknown suspect(s), between 1 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. Dec. 1 on the 7500 block of Crews Road in Gilroy, broke into a vehicle and property was removed.
Petty theft
An unknown suspect(s), between 8 p.m. Nov. 29 and 5:30 a.m. Nov. 30 on the 100 block of San Martin Avenue in San Martin, stole a $450 gas powered leaf blower out of the back of a truck.
