Baseball tryout for Bandits
GILROY – Garlic City Bandits youth travel baseball team will be holding an open tryout August 1 to fill openings for the 13-under club.

Girls Golf Camp at Eagle Ridge
GILROY – Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club will host a girls golf camp, starting on July 19.
The camp will be four Mondays from 10 to 11 a.m. The registration fee is $40.

GILROY – BMX rider Brittany Duyao is looking for sponsors to help fund her trip to the Nationals in Kentucky.
Duyao, of Gilroy, is ranked No. 1 in California and No. 8 in the nation in her age division.
