GILROY—For the second week in a row, Gavilan was ahead entering the fourth quarter. For the second week in a row, the fourth quarter got the best of the Rams.

South County Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram has joined forces with Gilroy High to raise up to $5,000 for the school's athletic program. 

GILROY—As far as Gilroy High is concerned, the last four weeks don’t matter. The Mustangs want to put their preseason struggles behind them and focus on the task at hand: their Monterey Bay League-Pacific Division opponents.

STOCKTON—Dani Hemeon caught herself cheering on her cousin, Emma Leach, and had to stop herself. Under normal circumstances, she’d be rooting for her as loud as anyone, but Sept. 14 was anything but normal.
