Whether you’re looking for a new tail-wagging best friend or a purring pal to cozy up on the couch with, Santa Clara County Animal Care & Control’s Adoption Days can provide a four-legged companion to fit any individual’s needs – and there’s a special deal going on this month.
Through Aug. 31, all dogs and cats 4 months and older are free, so “stop by the shelter and provide a forever home for one of our many shelter pets,” requests the SCC’s animal shelter, located at 12370 Murphy Ave. in San Martin. The shelter is open from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. on weekends.
