Tragic Accident Clearly an ‘Irresponsible’ Driver’s Fault

I agree with the letter about the little Brayan being killed by a irresponsible driver. Regardless of the little boy wearing a helmet, the pedestrian has the right of way and this “tragic accident” should have never happened.
