Last evening (9/13/12)  South Valley Running Club held there monthly social at Pearl Izumi in the Gilroy Outlets. Even though 75% of their business is cycling related they do have quite a bit of gear for runners as well. Ryan Reed the store manager gave a quite impressive talk on running shoes, the man does know his shoes!

Recently one of my Facebook friends, Irene, a woman I graduated with from high school, posted her frustration that one of her friends continually attempts to change Irene’s mind about her political leanings.
