Taking the pain out of work
Do you find yourself squirming in your chair at work? Stopping to rub your neck or shoulders? Feeling an aching back, headache or tired, dry eyes? If so, you could be suffering because of poor ergonomics.
A few questions about some of the purported resolutions

Now I'll confess that I've never been a fan of Mr. Warhol, but I find this quote rather interesting, especially in light of The Dispatch's editorial resolutions for the new year published Jan. 4. So I'll add my own comments to a few of the New Year's resolutions included in that editorial.
Time to restore an open-campus lunch policy at GHS
Open-campus lunch, this is something that pretty much all Gilroy High School students want but none of us can have. I think GHS students, or at least some of them deserve the privilege of going off campus for lunch, but just about everyone says it can't be done. Some high schools have unrestricted open campus lunches, others have systems that make students earn their off campus lunch privileges and others, like good ole GHS just do not have open campus lunch at all.
