What has happened to Jack Daley is outrageous. I have known Jack for probably 20-25 years. He is a man of the highest possible integrity.
My understanding is that Jack could not have possibly known that Coach Alvin Harrison’s license had been revoked.
In any case, my son was one of the four athletes that was with Coach Harrison. I don’t think any of the athletes suffered any undo harm and Jack Daley handled the situation then and since very sacrificially and professionally.
The punishment for the crime (mistake) is way overkill. I agree with many others – let’s vote out the whole school board next election. Anyone interested in running?
