Thank you so much for the terrific article on the Gilroy High School freshman football team, and for the photos.
These kids are very connected to the community. Most have played for the Gilroy Browns for several years, kept their grades up, and do a lot of community service work, as do their parents.
While you always hear of “teens gone bad” these guys have been examples of what’s great about doing good. Thanks for their well-deserved pat on the back.
