However, if you look at your newspaper there is no mention of the man or the holiday.
Your paper deserves triple jeers.
And then, when you are through with the jeers, give yourself a couple of raspberries.
You deserve both!

EDITOR’S NOTE: Criticism noted – perhaps we overlooked a local event we weren’t aware of. It’s untrue, however, that there was no mention of Dr. Martin Luther King. He was quoted twice centrally in an opinion column by Molly Ivins regarding peace on the editorial page, A4, and his birthday was noted in the “Today in History” feature on page A2.
