Gilroy – Dan Keith Septics turned a five-run rally in the bottom of the seventh inning into a 7-6 upset of Team Hair FX Friday in Men’s D League adult softball action at Las Animas Park.

Joaquin Chacon laced a solo home run and Danny Delong produced a three-run triple with two outs to highlight the Dan Keith Septics seventh.

Brett Faust homered and Keith Francis netted two sacrifice flies for Team Hair FX.

The victory helped Dan Keith Septics into a three-way tie for first place at 3-1 along with South Valley Plumbing-Elam Trucking and Rosso’s Rebels.

Zeke Lopez stroked two home runs and three singles to spark Rosso’s Rebels by Ellite Barbers 21-4. Jaime Rosso and Ernie Garheart each scored four runs for Rosso’s Rebels. Mark Sotelo collected two doubles for Ellite Barbers.

Phil Ruiz drilled a single, double and two triples to lead DLM Electric past the Good Fellas 21-18 in Men’s BB League play Friday at Christmas Hill Park.

Maciel Urenda netted four singles and Raul Gracia hit a double and two singles as DLM Electric remained atop the seven-team league with a 4-1 record.

Robert Flores stroked five hits and Santos Gutierrez hit a single, two doubles and a home run for the 1-3 Good Fellas.

Ruben Ramirez went 5-for-5 and Freddy McCasland went 4-for-5 as Craig Avila Bail Bonds trimmed Interstate Fence-Dee’z Nutz 9-6. Junior Gutierrez mustered a single, double and triple for the 1-3 losers.

Andrew Lanier, Henry Juarez and Scott Aldridge each collected two hits in a 10-run second inning as St. Mary Men’s Club turned back S&S Construction 17-12 in Men’s EE play Thursday at Gavilan Sports Park.

Shawn Chizanskas homered in a 5-for-5 night for St. Mary (2-1). Albert Cortez went 4-for-5 as the Builders slipped to 3-1.

2NQ joined S&S atop the league at 3-1 by defeating the South Valley Community Church Thumpers #1 19-7.

Dustin Helmick homered twice and Omar Rodriguez homered in a five-hit effort for the winners. Rick Chavez went 4-for-4 and Mario Flores hit a triple and two singles for the Thumpers.

Joey Hernandez went 4-for-5 and A. J. Martinez homered to lead Gamers in Control past VFW Bingo 16-11. Greg Flippo, Gabe Sandoval and Nick Aldretea each homered for 2-2 VFW Bingo.
